Inform: Measuring Student Growth with MAP for “At Grade Level” Students

Always start a new query by clicking first on the “Reports” tab and then clicking on the “Create” button as pictured below.
Next, as pictured below, you will complete these five steps: (Steps are below the picture!)
- Select “Reading” from the Subject pull-down menu
- Choose the group “Meets/Exceeds Reading-MAP & Aprenda” from the Student Group pull-down menu
- Click the “Get Assessments” button
- Select this year’s MAP-MTRdg-XX test for your grade level (The “XX” represents your grade level.)
- Click the “Create Report” button
Repeat these steps for Mathematics by choosing “Mathematics” as the subject and selecting the appropriate Math assessment.
*Tip – By moving your mouse over the bars on the graph, you can read exactly how many (number) students are meeting and exceeding and what percentage of students are meeting and exceeding.
